The race will include 3 mandatory checkpoints.

The event calendar
Get ahead by arriving as early as possible at the race village to be able to start with complete peace of mind.

• Reception and control of equipment mandatory: Saturday September 13th from 3pm to 7pm
• Pre-race briefing: 1 month before departure (video).
• Start of the race: Sunday September 14th (time to be confirmed).
• Arrival time limit: Friday September 19th.
• Closing meal: Thursday September 18th (time to be confirmed).

For your safety, you must take the following equipment with you in order to participate in the race. The organization will ensure that you are in possession of the mandatory equipment when checking in for athletes and bicycles.

• GPS tracker – provided by the organization
• 1x set of 4 spare AAA batteries (lithium) (for the GPS tracker)
• Bike GPS – Wahoo / Garmin type or equivalent
• 1x bicycle helmet
• 1x front light (with permanent mode)
• 1x rear light (with permanent mode)
• 1x bicycle pump (mandatory even when using tubeless tires)
• 1x inner tube + 1x repair kit (patch + glue + tire changer – mandatory even when using tubeless tires)
• 1x spare set of brake pads
• Water bottles for a minimum capacity of 1.5l of water
• 1x pair of gloves
• Reflective clothing (eg: Audax vest, yellow safety vest…)
• 1x survival blanket
• 1x jacket or jersey with light rain protection, ideally with a hood
• Warm protection for cool nights (e.g. leg-warmers and arm-warmers)
• Sunglasses with UV protection
• Mobile phone and charging device (eg: dynamo or USB battery)
• Identity document + paper or digital copy of it (ex: keep a copy of your passport or identity card on your personal cloud)

The course will include portions of asphalt (max 80%) and gravel (max 20%). It is essential to take a gravel bike or mountain bike (with or without a telescopic fork) to register. We recommend using:

• Gravel bike or semi-rigid mountain bike
• Tire of 40mm minimum width
• Front transmission single plate (36 or 38 teeth) or sub-compact (example: 46-30 teeth) and cassette as large as possible (example: 10-50 teeth)
• Disk brakes
