The route features the “Giant of Provence” and the summit of La Bonette, alongside the Pontis, Noyer, and Homme Mort passes—among many others—before heading toward Sainte-Victoire and the Buis or Valberg passes via Péone. It is a unique and unforgettable succession of climbs—a feast for the eyes and a test for the legs—representing a true challenge for any cyclist!

BikingMan AURA #6

Starting from Albertville for the first time and featuring two road formats—500 km and 1,000 km—the BikingMan AURA takes center stage on July 19 with back-to-back starts for the BikingMan and Half events. Highlights of the route include the Grand Colombier, the Vercors and Chartreuse massifs, and plenty of surprises in the heart of the Alps.

The Return of the Myth

Absent from the BikingMan calendar since 2019, the IncaDivide—that legendary adventure in the Peruvian Andes—is making a comeback for an epic journey that promises to be truly spectacular. Starting in Urubamba, just a stone’s throw from the historic city of Cusco, the route will take participants into the majestic, towering Andes mountains, with sections reaching altitudes of over 5,000 meters. Spanning nearly 1,200 km, the course offers the chance to experience an unparalleled, colossal adventure: IncaDivide.

BikingMan Corsica #9

After this fabulous week of ultracycling in the land of light, it’s time to return to Corsica for three exceptional races: the 1000km will offer an even more refined course and a near-complete tour of the Isle of Beauty, showcasing its most exclusive charms. The Half and 555km formats will offer a South-to-North crossing experience, partially gravel for the 555km and 100% road for the Half, once again featuring the breathtakingly beautiful landscapes of Corsica.
Three formats, nearly 450 participants in total.

At the end of June, starting in Valberg, the South of France will be in the spotlight. After eight days spent under the spell of Corsica, it’s time for the Alps and their legendary mountain passes. The 2026 route welcomes back the Giant of Provence, Mont Ventoux, and promises a new course rich in breathtaking sceneries, including the inevitable Cime de la Bonette. This 2026 edition will also offer two brand-new routes: Half and 555, the latter featuring a truly exceptional gravel section: the Haute Route du Sel!

After a remarkable introduction to BikingMan which ended with a superb 2nd place in the 555 of Morocco, Pierre Rolland is committed to an ultra-cycling program for 2026 with several events from the BikingMan championship.
On its busy calendar, we can find participations in 555 Serra Geral, in Brazil, and the IncaDivide, the myth of Peru, for a stage which will combine visual spectacle in the middle of grandiose environments and a tough field with the return of Rodney Sonnco, first BikingMan champion, in his native lands.
On the set of Sport en France, accompanied by Axel, Cédric and Laurianne, our 2023 champion, they discuss together the practice of ultracycling and the events of the 2026 BikingMan calendar, with the new HALF formats in Corsica, Alpes-Maritimes and AURA, and the return of the IncaDivide holy grail.

Brazil opens the 2026 season with the 3rd edition of the 555 Serra Geral, a course amidst the superb terrain of the provinces of Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul.
Start of the event Saturday March 27th at 5am. local time (9am. French time).

It has always been important to us that BikingMan be open to as many people as possible. It is with the greatest pleasure that we will share with you tonight at 8pm the replay of the TV set of Sport in France where we had the chance to discuss the subject of parasports and ultracycling.
We are indeed proud to have been able to welcome on several occasions to our events athletes representing handisport such as Stéphane Bahier and Tony Boisblet. They shared during Maxime Gras’ show about their practice of ultradistance cycling.

Stéphane, a one-legged Paralympic athlete, had discovered the BikingMan by the Portugal event before moving on to the BikingMan France, two events which he successfully completed. Tony took part in the 2022 edition of BikingMan France in tandem with his friend Philippe. Together, they completed their adventure in less than 120 hours.

Congratulations to these athletes who are great sources of inspiration through their determination and strength of character.
